In 2014 Labbancz Realty, LLC opened its door to the public.  When the brokerage opened, it made William A. Labbancz one of the youngest Broker Owners in the United States.  In 2017 Labbancz Realty, LLC was re-branded as Sailwinds Realty.  Sailwinds Realty’s first office was located in Trinity and in 2021 relocated the office to beautiful and historic Downtown New Port Richey.  Sailwinds Realty and the team of Realtors continued to grow.  In 2018, William was inducted into the International Real Estate Hall of Fame.  William is currently on the board of directors for the West Pasco Board of Realtors and StellarMLS which serves over 80,000 Realtors in Florida and Puerto Rico.  Education has always been a priority for William so he can better service his customers and Realtors. He currently holds 8 designations and Certification
