William A. Labbancz

William A. Labbancz started in real estate when he purchased his first house at the age of 18.  From then on he knew that he always wanted to be in real estate in some form.  William received his sales associate license just after purchasing his first house.  After the required waiting period William applied for his real estate broker license to help better service his customers.  In 2014 William opened his brokerage and called it Labbancz Realty, LLC.  When the brokerage opened, it made William one of the youngest Broker Owners in the United States.  In 2017 Labbancz Realty, LLC was re-branded as Sailwinds Realty.  Sailwinds Realty’s first office was located in Trinity and in 2021 relocated the office to beautiful and historic Downtown New Port Richey.  Sailwinds Realty and the team of REALTORS continued to grow.  In 2018, William was inducted into the International Real Estate Hall of Fame.  William is the 2024 President for the West Pasco Board of Realtors and on the Board for StellarMLS which serves over 80,000 Realtors in Florida and Puerto Rico.  Education has always been a priority for William so he can better service his customers and Realtors. He currently holds 8 designations and Certifications which ranks him in the top 2% of educated Realtors in the Nation.
